Skijoring is skiing in hopeful cooperation with your dog or dogs. The dogs and skiers wear special skijor harnesses- no leashes allowed. Skiers can classic ski or skate ski, the latter is most common. Some skiers skijor with two or three well trained dogs in harness. Staggered starts. Both 2.5 and 5K loops have hills but trails are wide and well groomed. This is a good event for novice skijorers.
