Shackleton Endurance XC Ski Challenge, Norway

Head down to Roberts Farm Preserve at 9AM and sign up for our Shackleton's endurance challenge. The $35 entry fee if your 2019 WFLT membership paid! Honor system: Tally your laps each time you pass the ski or snowshoe water stations. You may leave the course and return at any point. Go have lunch, get a massage, whatever. 2019 is the 27th year of the sled dog races in Fort Kent. They are always held the first weekend in March. This year on March 2, We have a Main Street start for a 30-mile race, a 100-mile race and a 250-mile race. The Saturday start brings up to 6,000 people to the community of 3,600 people.
