Invasive Plant ID Walk at Viles Arboretum, Augusta

Join Maine Conservation Corps and Maine Natural Areas Program Environmental Steward, Jackson Heitmann, on a free educational walk to learn about invasive plants!

You will learn what they are, and what you can do to help get rid of them!

Species encountered on this walk will include:

-Multiflora Rose
-Asiatic Bittersweet
-Shrubby Honeysuckle
-Burning Bush
-Norway Maple
-Glossy Buckthorn

This is a great opportunity for anyone to learn more about these invaders!
